Piano Transport for Film, Advertising and Photography

On set, the piano is a prop that is not easy to carry. We bring it to the location and back, on your shooting schedule and to difficult places too. We are a small, well-coordinated team with partners in Europe and America. In Vienna, throughout Austria and abroad.

The heaviest prop on set

The lights are set, the camera is in place, the scene has been rehearsed. All that is missing is the piano, exactly at the spot marked on the storyboard. And the storyboard knows nothing about stairs, grass or rain.

That is what we are there for. We bring the production’s or the location’s instrument to wherever the scene needs it, stay on set as long as you need us, and collect it again after the last shot.

On your shooting schedule

We come when your team needs us: early in the morning, late in the evening or at the weekend. After the last shot, we collect the instrument. If the day has several locations, we take the piano from one to the next.

To difficult places too

Outdoors, across grass or uneven ground, in old buildings and up narrow stairs. Outside, the instrument stays wrapped and protected from sun and rain until the camera rolls.

Between two set-ups

We stay on set and move the instrument when the director or photographer asks. If the piano is filmed with sound, we tune it on site before recording starts.

Between two shooting days

If there are a few days between shooting days, we store the instrument with us and bring it back to set for the next date. The piano is provided by the production or the location; we make sure it stands where the scene needs it.

How we work with film, advertising and photography

You have one contact person for everything, from the first call to the last shooting day. You receive the fixed price in writing, based on photos, before we set off, and payment is by invoice to your production. We are available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
