In a hotel, a coffee house or a bar, the piano is part of the atmosphere, like the light and the voices of the guests. Your guests should hear it, but never see how it comes or goes. We are a small, well-coordinated team with partners in Europe and America, and we work when no one is sitting at your tables. In Vienna, throughout Austria and abroad.

Before the first cup is served

Early in the morning, the lobby is quiet. The chairs are still on the tables, and nobody is at the bar yet. That is the hour when we come.

When the first guests take their seats, the instrument stands where it should, and nothing reminds anyone that we were there. And where the morning does not suit you, we come late in the evening, after the last guest has left.

In a house full of guests, the best work is the work nobody notices.

From the lobby to the hall

For an evening with live music, the grand piano needs to go from the lobby to the hall or onto the terrace, and back again afterwards. We move it within your building, at times when no guests are there.

Tuned before it is played

A piano your guests hear should always sound the way your house deserves. We tune it on your premises, on a schedule we agree with you, and before evenings with live music.

For an evening away

Sometimes your piano is needed somewhere else, at a celebration or an event outside your building. We take it there and bring it back. And if you are renovating or rebuilding, we collect it, store it with us and bring it back as soon as the rooms are ready.

When a new instrument arrives

If a new upright or grand piano is to go into your lobby, coffee house or bar, we advise you on the choice, because we sell instruments ourselves. We deliver the new one and take the old one away.

How we work with hotels, coffee houses and bars

You have one contact person for everything, from the first call until the instrument is in its place, even if you own several venues. You receive the fixed price in writing, based on photos, before we set off, and payment is by invoice. We are available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
