Seven in the morning. The van is outside the house, the boxes are labelled, your team knows which wardrobe goes out first. Only in the living room there is something left that nobody wants to touch: the piano, the heaviest item in the whole household.
That is exactly the moment you call us. We come on the same day, at the hour that fits your schedule, and bring the instrument to the new home while your team takes care of the rest. For your customer, it remains a move from one hand, yours.
We only take care of the piano. Your customer stays your customer.
Your customer, your invoice
At your customer’s home, we appear as part of your job and do not offer them any services of our own. The invoice goes to you, not to your customer. That way, you simply include the piano in your own quote.
Narrow stairs, heavy grand pianos
An old building without a lift, a narrow staircase, a grand piano on the first floor: these are the jobs a removal team would rather not touch. We take a grand piano apart on site, remove the legs and pedals, carry it out lying on its side and put it back together in the new home.
When the move is over
After a move, a piano usually needs tuning again. We tune it in the new home once it has settled there. If the new home is not ready yet, we store the instrument until it is needed. If your customer does not want to take their old piano along, we collect it. We handle the transport in Austria and abroad.
How we work with removal companies
You have one contact person for everything, from the first call until the piano is in its new place. You receive the fixed price in writing, based on photos, before we set off, so you can include it in your quote right away. Payment is by invoice to your company. We are available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
