General information on data processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services, or when you give us your consent. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract and enquiry), Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation) and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent).

Hosting and access data

This website is hosted by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., Kaunas, Lithuania). The hosting provider uses LiteSpeed Web Server with LiteSpeed Cache. When you visit the website, technical information is processed automatically, for example the IP address, the date and time, the page called up, the browser and the operating system. This data is necessary for the secure and stable operation of the website.

Getting in touch and contact form

If you contact us by form, email, telephone or WhatsApp, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry and for follow-up questions. The contact forms on this website are run with Contact Form 7. Mandatory fields are marked as such. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Your enquiry data is deleted once processing is complete, unless statutory retention obligations exist.

Consent management (Borlabs Cookie)

We use Borlabs Cookie to manage your consent for certain services and cookies. On your first visit to the website a consent dialog is displayed. Your choice is stored in a cookie on your device so that your decision is respected on further page views. You can change your settings at any time through the cookie dialog. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR.

Image optimisation (Optimole)

To optimise loading times, images are delivered through the Optimole service (Vertigo Studio SA, 20 Povernei Street, 4th Floor, Flat no. 9, 010641 Bucharest, Romania, email legal@vertistudio.com). Images are processed through the Optimole servers and transmitted to your browser in a suitable format. No personal data beyond the technically necessary IP address is processed. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Caching and performance optimisation

We use WP Rocket (WP Media SAS, Lyon, France) and LiteSpeed Cache for performance optimisation. These plugins store static copies of the pages in a cache in order to shorten the loading time. WP Rocket can delay the execution of JavaScript files until a user interaction takes place. No personal data is transmitted to third parties in the process.

Google Fonts

This website uses Google Fonts, which are loaded directly from the Google servers through a CSS import instruction. When the website is called up, your browser establishes a connection to the servers of Google LLC (USA). Your IP address may be transmitted to Google in the process. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Further information: Google privacy policy.

Google Maps

On certain pages Google Maps (Google LLC, USA) may be embedded. This content is blocked by default by Borlabs Cookie and is only loaded after your consent. If you agree, data is transmitted to Google, for example the IP address and usage data. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent).

Google reviews (Trustindex)

To display our Google reviews we use Trustindex (Jelenszky Daniel, Budapest, Hungary). Trustindex loads review content from its own servers. Your IP address may be transmitted to Trustindex in the process. No cookies are set by Trustindex. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

WhatsApp contact (Click to Chat)

We use Click to Chat to make it easier for you to get in touch through WhatsApp. The plugin displays a WhatsApp button which opens the WhatsApp application when clicked. Data is only transmitted to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) when you click. The plugin stores a cookie to record whether the chat button has been closed. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Web analytics (Google Analytics)

Where activated, we use Google Analytics through Site Kit (Google LLC, USA) to analyse the use of the website. IP anonymisation is enabled. You can prevent the collection by rejecting the Statistics category in the consent dialog. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent).

Our website uses cookies. Necessary cookies are required for operation and are set without consent. Other cookies are only set if you agree in the consent dialog.

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. If the processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
