From the shop to the living room
We collect the sold instrument from your store or warehouse and deliver it to your buyer’s home. Once it has settled in its new place, we tune it there.

A piano store sells not only an instrument, but also the moment it arrives at the buyer’s home. We take care of that moment for you: carefully, on time and in your name. We are a small, well-coordinated team with partners in Europe and America. In Vienna, throughout Austria and abroad.
The last journey after the sale
In the store, everything has been decided: the instrument, the price, the delivery date. What remains is the way from the shop to the living room, up a staircase, through a narrow door, on a day your customer has kept free for it.
That is exactly where your customer decides how they will remember their purchase. That is why we bring the instrument the way you would bring it yourself, set it up and tune it if you wish.
We deliver your instrument, not ours. Your customer stays your customer.
In your name
At the buyer’s home, we appear as part of your service. We do not offer them any instruments of our own, even though we sell pianos ourselves.
Between shop, warehouse and workshop
We move instruments between your store, your warehouse and your workshop, and we collect old pianos from your customers, for example for a trade-in or before a repair. If you are short of space, we store instruments for you until they are needed. On request, we run regular trips for you, on a schedule we set together.
Packed for the long journey
When an instrument goes abroad, we pack it for the long journey, also for air or sea freight. We handle delivery and collection in Austria and abroad.
How we work with piano stores and dealers
You have one contact person for everything, from the first call until the instrument is in its place. You receive the fixed price in writing, based on photos, before we set off, and payment is by invoice. We are available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
