In a care home, a clinic or a spa resort, the day has its fixed rhythm. A piano in the common room brings music into that day, and whoever transports or tunes it follows the house, not the other way round. We are a small, well-coordinated team with partners in Europe and America, and we work quietly, at the times you agree with us. In Vienna, throughout Austria and abroad.

The piano that comes along

Moving into a care home means leaving a great deal behind. Sometimes the piano that stood in the living room for many years is meant to come along.

We collect it from the old flat and bring it to where it will have its place in the house, at the hour the house agrees with us. Without noise in the corridor and without disturbing the daily routine.

For some people, the piano is the piece of home they take with them.

Quietly, at the agreed hour

We come at the hour you agree with us and work quietly, so that rest periods and treatments remain undisturbed. We also move the piano within the building, up and down stairs and along long corridors, from a room to the common room or the function hall and back again.

We tune your instruments on your premises, on a schedule we agree with you, and before celebrations and concerts in your house.

When a room becomes free

When someone leaves the house, their piano sometimes stays behind. We take it to the family, buy it or collect it, as the relatives wish.

When renovating or refurnishing

If a hall or a whole floor is renovated, we collect the piano, store it with us and bring it back as soon as the rooms are ready. If a new instrument is to go into your common room, we advise you on the choice, because we sell instruments ourselves, and we take the old one away.

How we work with care homes, clinics and spa resorts

You have one contact person for everything, from the first call until the instrument is in its place. You receive the fixed price in writing, based on photos, before we set off, and payment is by invoice. We are available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
