There and back
We bring the grand piano to its place before the concert or festival and collect it again afterwards. There and back, from a single source.
A concert has a start time, and nobody moves it. By then the grand piano has to have arrived, be on stage and be in tune. That is what we are here for: a small, well-coordinated team with partners in Europe and America that brings your grand piano on time, tunes it before the first note and collects it again after the last. In Vienna, throughout Austria and abroad.

The Verbier Festival in Switzerland is one of the most important classical music festivals in Europe. For this festival we transported several Bösendorfer concert grands, among them an Imperial, directly from the Vienna manufactory to the festival venue. On schedule and coordinated with the stage operations.
A grand piano on a festival stage gets no second attempt. It has to be there when the lights go on.

We bring the grand piano to its place before the concert or festival and collect it again afterwards. There and back, from a single source.

Not every route is long. Often the grand piano only needs to go from storage or the rehearsal room to the stage, and back again after the evening. We take care of these routes too, within the same building and up and down stairs.

We tune the grand piano on site, right on the stage, before the concert begins.

A stage has its own calendar: rehearsals, set-up, loading times. We agree the day, time and access with you or the organiser and fit in around your rehearsals.
You have one contact person for everything, from the first call until the grand piano is on stage. You receive the fixed price in writing, based on photos, before we set off, and payment is by invoice. We are available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
