How do I know the price before you arrive?
For a transport it is worked out by the cost calculator line by line — floors, spiral staircase, kilometres. Tuning costs 228 € in Vienna, a valuation 120 €; outside Vienna the kilometres are added and we give the sum on request. For disposal and for transports abroad we give the sum after the photos, before the drive, never afterwards.
Is my instrument insured during the transport?
Please raise it with us. We check what insurance cover is possible for your instrument. For upright pianos there is liability cover up to 5.000 €. For grand pianos there is no comparable product on the market; what that means in your case we discuss openly with you.
Do you also repair pianos?
No. We tune, regulate and voice — repairs we do not carry out. If your instrument needs a workshop, we tell you so and give you a name.
